June Club Meeting on the 23rd

Due to holiday scheduling, we’ve found it is best to move the next meeting to the 23rd of June to ensure that we get the most attendance. The meeting is still going to be at the same location Allgrain Brew Supply in the Kent Valley 6644 S196th St Suite T-102, Kent, WA 98032 but this time will be on the fourth Friday which works out much better for most members this month as well as making it much closer to a month until the July meeting on the 21st

We will have a hands on bottling demonstration provided by Robb. So, expect to learn about glass, caps, filling methods, carbonation methods, headspace, priming calculation, bottle sizes and types, etc.

Don’t forget it’s also going to be another battle of brews in the bimonthly Iron Brewer with Pete, Doug, and John facing off with their best brew made with Rye grain. This means we need to select another set of people to sign up for the competition in August. If you’re not sure if you can do it on your own find a partner and sign up together. We can also pair less experienced brewers with those with more knowledge and experience.

We’re also going to be planning for what we’re doing for Beerstock.
